The casita and main residence are connected by an interior stairwell with a lockable door, allowing the two living spaces to be separated when desired. Each unit also has its own separate entrance from the street, providing independent access.

The casita is currently rented for $900 USD per month. The current tenant has been living at the property for approximately three years and has indicated that he would be interested in remaining at the property, subject to the terms agreed upon with the new owner.
