Will be moving to Ajijic/Lake Chapala area in late 2019. Looking for a wonderful casa to rent in the $800-$1200 range. Garden, pet friendly, fireplace and a bath tub are at the top of my list of wants. I would love to find a place with mountain and lake views and a pool but that is probably out of my price range. Need at least two bedrooms and two bathrooms as I am single but anticipate having visitors occasionally. My cousin is also moving to the same area but possibly sooner than I. She will be looking for a place to rent, as well, but I don’t know her requirements at this time. She will be in your area in April 2018 for a look-see.
