Tachihual is a rustic bread with a light sweet taste and traditional in Ajijic for many generations. You can usually find people selling it in wheelbarrows on the Ajijic Malecon or Plaza. This year was the first ever Festival, which we hope to see become a yearly tradition in Ajijic. Below is the picture set for the festival:
