Mascota is located 3.5 hours west of Lake Chapala and 2 hours east of Puerto Vallarta (PV).  If you are planning a trip to PV think about taking route 70 and visit the Mascota area.  It’s a wonderfully charming village and a great place to stop for lunch.  We can arrange a showing if you let us know a couple of days in advance.

Sus encantadores paisajes acuáticos y terrestres hacen disfrutar al máximo la estancia en este hermoso pueblo, cuenta con un clima excelente durante todo el año, la tranquilidad y la naturaleza son unos de los varios principales atractivos del Pueblo.

Cuenta con una elevación que ofrece mucho oxigeno, sentirás lo agradable que es respirar aire puro, fresco y podrás admirar la vegetación y sus vistas incomparables del pueblo y toda la sierra..

El pueblo mismo es todo un atractivo, pero por si fuera poco, en el municipio hay muchos sitios de interés que se pueden y se deben visitar, el templo inconcluso y  la laguna de Juanacatlan, por mencionar algunos.

Las calles adoquinadas y empedradas, que parecieran extraídas de un cuadro, todo es sorprendente y en verdad de gran belleza, haciendo del pueblo un conjunto que asombra al las personas que llegan a disfrutar de la amable hospitalidad que caracteriza a sus pobladores.
