Studio Los Caballos #4 is part of a 9 room complex, each one is rented out at a minimum of a 3 month period and up to 12 month periods. These studios are all inclusive with Smart TVs that have Amazon Prime & Netflix included. All studios have access to the common areas seen in the pictures, which included:

1. Pool (heated salt water pool)
2. Shared kitchen
3. Dinning room
4. TV room
5. Terraces overlooking the garden
6. Lounge chairs around the pool

The complex is extremally well maintained and located in the best neighborhood of Ajijic, La Floresta. You can walk to Ajijic and San Antonio in less than 15 minutes. The rental rate for all rooms included the following:

1. Electricity
2. Water
3. Internet service (Fiber fast 200GB) with extenders all over property
4. Room cleaning once per week ( bed linen & towels once per week)
5. Daily morning coffee & drinking water

There is a laundry area where all tenants can do their own laundry.
