Pictures of Independence Day Games 2018

The night before the Independence Day celebration, also known as “El Grito” a series of traditional games are held at the Ajijic Plaza, to celebrate the children by setting up games that were played before Mexico’s Independence. Kids are not the only ones that have fun, adults get to participate in 2 drinking contests, one a tequila shot challenge and the other to see who can chug a beer the quickest.
